Every Office Gym membership is designed to provide exceptional value and support your progress:

| Pauses or Freezes | Can only applied to a Standard Monthly membership. The gym will support 2 pauses per annum, up to a maximum of 3 months. A return date MUST be stated. No ongoing freezes supported. |
