A: Instalment 12-Month Gym Membership Agreement

By signing up for this membership, you agree that your membership is for a minimum period of 12 months from your membership start date.

You agree to pay the membership fee of £49 per month for the full 12-month minimum period, subject to the cancellation and termination rights set out below.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership where you have a legal right to do so, including where the gym has seriously breached its obligations to you.

If you sign up online, you may also have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, subject to any applicable rules concerning services that have already begun with your agreement.

After the cooling-off period, you remain committed to the 12-month minimum term unless a legal or contractual cancellation right applies.

At the end of the initial 12-month period, your membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis. You may cancel by giving 10 day's notice near the end of the term.

Important

The 12-month minimum commitment, membership price and cancellation arrangements are important terms of this agreement. By  completing your membership, you confirm that you have read and understood them.

Nothing in this agreement affects any rights you have under UK consumer law.

B: Upfront 12-Month Gym Membership Agreement

By signing up for this membership, you agree to a 12-month minimum membership period.

Upfront Membership – £539

If you choose to pay the discounted £539 upfront membership fee, this payment covers your full 12-month membership.

The £579 price is offered at a discounted rate on the basis that you commit to the full 12-month membership period.

No renewal, the membership ends after 12 months.

Upfront memberships cannot be frozen, paused or suspended during the 12-month period, and the membership cannot be transferred to another person.

If you choose not to use the gym during the membership period, no pro-rata or partial refund will be provided. The £579 payment is made for the 12-month membership and is not refundable simply because you decide not to attend or no longer wish to use the gym.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation or refund rights you may have under UK law, including any applicable cooling-off rights or where the gym is in serious breach of its obligations.

By  completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand that:

• your membership is for a minimum of 12 months;

• you are paying £539 upfront at a discounted rate;

• the membership cannot be frozen or paused;

• you will not receive a pro-rata refund because you choose not to use the gym; and

• your statutory rights are not affected.
