Club Member Self-Service Portal

Easily manage your membership, change subscription plan immediately - start training as a couple, switch payment method, and cancel through our secure Stripe-powered portal.

**Important** signed-up gym customers from 01 June 2026. Contact us for older memberships. 

Just enter the email you used when signing up, and you’ll receive a security code to access your account. If you've bought a pass or made a one-off payment, you won't be able to view this in the membership portal. Switching plan is easy: we'll even prorate your remaining membership into the new one.

What Changes can I make?

On the Club Member self-service portal, you’re in full control. You can view your complete invoice history, see what’s been paid and what’s coming up, update your billing details, and securely manage your payment methods — all in one place, whenever it suits you.

Can I add a partner or family member to my membership?

Yes. You can add a partner or family member by simply adding another membership to your account or switching plan to a Duo Membership. You can also remove it from the same place in your membership portal if you want to switch down. 

You can also switch a standard membership to a duo membership to start today or move to a quarterly discounted payment . Note: bills today.

You can cancel your membership on the portal. Read how this works.

Yes, you can cancel your membership directly through the portal. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. If you joined before 1st June 2026, you've got an old plan. Get in touch with us asap - you can't see this on the portal.

If you pay by Direct Debit, please make sure you cancel in good time, as banks can take up to 10 days to process the cancellation.
