What Changes can I make?

On the My Membership page, you’re in full control. You can view your complete invoice history, see what’s been paid and what’s coming up, update your billing details, and securely manage your payment methods — all in one place, whenever it suits you.

Can I add a partner or family member to my membership?

Yes. You can add a partner or family member by simply adding another membership to your account. You can also remove it at any time from the same place in your membership portal.

You can also switch a standard membership to a duo membership to start today. Note: bills today.

You can cancel your membership on the portal. Read how this works.

Yes, you can cancel your membership directly through the portal. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

If you pay by Direct Debit, please make sure you cancel in good time, as banks can take up to 10 days to process the cancellation.
